unbrowseThese terms are an agreement between you and Unbrowse AI Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202425961N) (“Unbrowse”, “we”). They cover unbrowse.ai, the remote MCP server at unbrowse.ai/mcp, the API, the unbrowse CLI and SDK, and the public registry (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them; if you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. The Service
Unbrowse turns websites into tools that AI agents and programs can call. It learns how a site works with a cloud browser, then calls the site’s own endpoints directly. The Service is in beta: it changes often, may be unavailable, and features may be changed or removed without notice.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for activity in your account and under your API keys and OAuth connections; keep them confidential and tell us promptly at security@unbrowse.ai if you suspect misuse. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Logins you save, and sites you use
If you save a login for a site, you authorise Unbrowse to use it to sign in and act on that site on your behalf, as you instruct. You must have the right to use every account and credential you save. You are responsible for what you ask Unbrowse to do on other websites, and for complying with those websites’ terms and with the law. Unbrowse does not give you any rights to a website or its data beyond those the website grants you.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- access systems or accounts you are not authorised to access, or get around security or access controls for harm;
- collect or process other people’s personal data unlawfully;
- send spam, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or break any law;
- overload, attack or disrupt any website or the Service, or evade its rate limits or usage metering;
- resell the Service or build a competing service from it without our written agreement.
We may limit, suspend or end use that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
5. Shared tools and the public registry
By default, a tool you learn that only reads public pages and needs no login or secret is shared in the public registry, after we remove personal and secret data from it (see the Privacy Policy). You can turn sharing off in Connections. For tools you share, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, adapt and offer them to other users as part of the Service. Tools in the registry describe how public websites behave; use them in line with section 3.
6. Your content
You keep your rights in the tasks, data and content you bring to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host and process them to provide, secure and improve the Service.
7. Fees
The Service is free during the beta, within the free usage limits shown on Pricing; if you need more, book a call and we may extend them. We will tell you before we start charging, and paid use will then be on the prices shown at the time.
8. Ownership
The Service, its software, designs and trademarks belong to Unbrowse AI Pte. Ltd. Open-source components are governed by their own licences. Feedback you give us may be used freely.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Results come from third-party websites that change without notice; we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete or available.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNBROWSE AI PTE. LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100).
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Unbrowse AI Pte. Ltd. against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your use of third-party websites and accounts through the Service.
12. Ending
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example for a breach of these terms. Sections 5 to 13 survive the end of this agreement.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and email account holders about material changes; using the Service after that means you accept them.
